On June 7, 2018, Brandywine Living welcomed 600 guests to the Grand Opening Celebration of their 29th community, Brandywine Living at Alexandria. The celebration featured live music, gourmet food, cocktails, dessert, raffles and a luxurious beach towel gift for each guest.
Guests included Alexandria Mayor, Allison Silberberg, Alexandria Chamber of Commerce CEO, Joe Haggerty, Alexandria City Council candidate, Dak Hardwick and many community dignitaries, physicians, therapists, caregivers, and invited guests, all who were shown the many amenities and luxury touches throughout the building by Brandywine tour guides.
The community also joined in the celebration of Bea Bobotek’s birthday, Brandywine Living at Alexandria’s very first resident. Mayor Allison Silberberg and Brenda J. Bacon, President and CEO of Brandywine Living, had the honor of leading the birthday cake cutting ceremony.
“We’re extremely excited to bring Brandywine at Alexandria to Virginia,” said Brenda J.
