Our graciously appointed formal dining rooms are where residents can feel relaxed, pampered and right at home with wonderful service from our dedicated, trained dining room staff. At every meal, residents have a wide range of appetizing options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, or they can choose from additional menu items that are always available, called All Day Dining. This menu is an integral part of the dining experience offering additional choices while respecting personal preferences.

Our mission is to strike a balance between gourmet cuisine and great home cooking while meeting the nutritional and social needs of each resident. The nutritious meals prepared are always a variety of flavorful, inspired combinations from our custom designed Brandywine menus to our occasional spotlight recipes from famous chefs. In addition, we recognize the individual therapeutic dietary needs for our residents by designing a menu that is healthy, delicious and full of choices. And, of course, a restaurant experience is not complete without the final course... dessert. A variety of scrumptious desserts are prominently displayed in the dining room on a three tiered dessert cart displaying many options from raspberry cheesecake to home baked chocolate chip cookies.
