It provides a suburban style living experience only 30 minutes from downtown Manhattan. Many enjoy playing at Douglaston Golf Course and Alley Pond Driving Range. With visiting family, they frequent Queens County Farm Museum, a 47-acre working farm five minutes by car from our community. Our well-appointed, wheelchair-accessible house vehicles, in addition to our chauffeured town cars, can transport residents to nearby theaters, cinemas, shopping centers, and other local points of interest.
