Over the past quarter century, the old industrial town of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania—home to Brandywine Upper Providence—has (like its namesake bird) risen from the proverbial ashes. Upper Providence is a lively, family-friendly community with a bustling Downtown lined with locally owned shops, plenty of supermarkets and specialty food stores, innovative restaurants, and craft breweries galore. In addition to enjoying all that the town has to offer, many of our residents are members at Rivercrest Golf Club & Preserve, a private club adjacent to our community. They are also regulars at Providence Town Center, the walkable outdoor shopping center whose stores, restaurants, movie theater, and doctors’ offices are five minutes from our community. Our well-appointed, wheelchair-accessible house vehicles, in addition to our chauffeured town cars, can transport residents to nearby theaters, cinemas, shopping centers, and other local points of interest.
