Brandywine Living Completes Acquisition of Two Assisted Living Communities in New Jersey

Brandywine Expands to Twenty Communities in New Jersey and Thirty-One Nationally

Brandywine Living at Serenade at Princeton and Summit Exteriors

Mount Laurel, NJ — Brandywine Living, a premier owner and operator of senior living communities, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of two assisted living communities. As is the Brandywine standard,, the communities will feature “restaurant-style” dining, spacious suites, on-site licensed nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will include Brandywine’s signature arts and entertainment program, Escapades…for Life! And All Day Dining service.

Most importantly, Brandywine’s protocols to keep our residents and team members both Social & Safe during this unprecedented pandemic will be paramount in everything we do.

The company plans to renovate both communities, including the addition of exquisite indoor and outdoor decor and introduce our exclusive Serenade service.

• Brandywine Living Serenade at Princeton, formerly Acorn Glen Assisted Living, located at 775 Mt. Lucas Road, Princeton, New Jersey, and
• Brandywine Living at Summit, formerly Spring Meadows at Summit, located at 41 Springfield Avenue, Summit, New Jersey.

These properties are being acquired in a partnership with Welltower (NYSE: WELL).

Brandywine has 31 operating communities in seven states (New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, Connecticut, and Virginia), and is developing its 32nd community in Potomac, Maryland.
