As is the Brandywine standard,, the communities will feature “restaurant-style” dining, spacious suites, on-site licensed nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and will include Brandywine’s signature arts and entertainment program, Escapades…for Life! And All Day Dining service.
Most importantly, Brandywine’s protocols to keep our residents and team members both Social & Safe during this unprecedented pandemic will be paramount in everything we do.
The company plans to renovate both communities, including the addition of exquisite indoor and outdoor decor and introduce our exclusive Serenade service.

These properties are being acquired in a partnership with Welltower (NYSE: WELL).
