(DRESHER, PA) An interactive wellness event hosted by Brandywine Living and BAYADA. Brandywine Living at Dresher Estates and BAYADA invited residents and their families to participate in the interactive health and wellness event Get Fit Your Way: Your Personal Report Card on July 8th, 2017. This event highlights the recent collaboration between Brandywine Living and BAYADA and the positive impact the partnership has on participating communities.
Get Fit Your Way featured BAYADA experts at multiple health stations that provided a “health report card” assessment to each participant. Residents went through each station that tested important health aspects, such as posture, hydration, body composition, and nutrition. The final station was a review of their health report card from a licensed BAYADA professional where an overview and practical tips to improve their results were discussed. The event gave participants insight to their overall health in a positive and fun environment to encourage healthy lifestyle choices.
